Ocean County: Mice Control

Service Description

Mice are a year-round pest that tends to harbor in areas they can easily nest in, such as the kitchen, the crawlspace, attic, or the garage. Particularly during the winter season, in areas where insulation is present, such as the crawlspace. Mice generally prefer nesting inside of floor insulation, which causes damage and contamination from urine and fecal matter. If left untreated, the insulation may need to be removed and treated for contamination in addition to implementing a pest control treatment to reduce its population. Mice carry diseases and multiply very quickly. A typical female mouse can reproduce 5 – 10 times per year. Having your home properly baited and inspected annually by Crawlspace Solutions can prevent this from happening in your home. PLEASE NOTE: Service does not include clean-up of fecal matter or removal of dead mice on-premises. Additionally, if contamination is present, a separate estimate for odor control and deodorizing, sanitizing, and decontaminating affected areas will be provided upon request. If you are aware that such additional services will be required, please contact the office to obtain a quote and/or schedule said services at the same time as executing your pest control service. OCEAN COUNTY This service applies to Ocean County only. This is a limited service available to our existing customers, whereby Crawlspace Solutions has previously serviced the property. Mice treatment is limited to the crawlspace region. Said treatment includes placing mice baiting stations along the perimeter of the crawlspace with a substance called Contrac Bloc in each station. Contract Bloc is an effective form of mice treatment. When consumed, it breaks down the inner system of the mice by digesting the substance inside the baiting station. This treatment is one of the most common forms of effectively reducing the mice population. (This service is presently available to existing customers only. Price may vary depending on the total sq ft of area(s) of service).

You may cancel this service at any time before midnight of the THIRD business day after authorizing your approval to perform the following inspection service as indicated within for a full refund.
