To schedule an inspection, the property must be within our Service Areas. All appointments must be scheduled according to the County of the subject property. We do not service any other areas outside of New Jersey. This booking system is only available to the homeowner(s). For real estate transactions, whether the Buyer/Seller, please book your inspection appointment by going to the following page: "Seller & Buyers". CRAWLSPACE INSPECTION REPORT TERMS
A Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR) is a separate service from the inspection and is subject to a separate fee. The Report includes written findings, documented observations, recommendations, and applicable photographs.
Once prepared and electronically delivered, the Report service is considered fully performed, FINAL SALE, and NON-REFUNDABLE.
Purchasing a Report does not obligate the Customer or Company to proceed with any recommended repairs, remediation, improvements, or subsequent service agreement.
If the Customer proceeds with qualifying recommended work, only the applicable inspection fee may be credited toward the project cost. The Report fee is a separate charge and will not be refunded, deducted, or credited toward any future project.
By purchasing the Report, the Customer acknowledges that the fee is solely for preparation and delivery of the Report and is not contingent upon proceeding with any recommended services.

Online scheduling is available based on the specific Counties we service throughout the Jersey Shore region. Please ensure appointments are scheduled according to the County where the property is located.
Inspection fees paid in advance are fully deducted from the total project cost. At this time, complimentary homeowner inspections are available exclusively within Monmouth and Ocean Counties, provided the property is not listed for sale or involved in a pending real estate transaction.
