Since 1987, the founder and sole owner James "Jimmy" D’Amico, has provided moisture management solutions in the crawlspace region to thousands of properties, both residential and commercial, throughout the Jersey Shore.  We have built our business through experience, diligence, honesty, and integrity.  In the beginning, we started in the pest control industry, which afforded us the insight to assess environmental conditions that attracted wood-destroying insects and pests, alike, to the home.

By 1989, we developed a program that combined our integrated pest control services with moisture management solutions.  This allowed us to expand our services in order to improve the environmental conditions by targeting the underlying issues in the crawlspace environment.  In turn, this resulted in reducing our chemical use by targeting the underlying issues thereby reducing our environmental impact for a safer home surrounding for the customer and the environment.

As we realized that a successful pest control program required addressing the environmental conditions within. We were able to provide a more effective solution that began with a customized approach, in order to tackle the specific conditions inherent to each property.  The results were transformative.  Thousands of properties we serviced have benefited from a successful outcome. Our main objective is to change the crawlspace conditions in order to provide a healthier home environment from the ground up.

Our efforts in targeting the root of the problem instead of the symptoms have helped to reduce the need for chemical use by making the crawlspace less conducive to insects and mold growth.  The objective is to help resolve pest or insect infestation and moisture issues by maintaining a healthy crawlspace for a happy healthy home.

Some of our longstanding loyal customers know us as D’Amico Termite & Pest Control and have been with us over the years as we evolved as a company.  Moreover, as the extent of our services expanded, we evolved too by changing our name to Crawl Space Solutions (also known as "Crawlspace Solutions" or Crawlspace Solutions NJ"). Crawl Space Solutions is a registered trade name in the State of New Jersey and the only company practicing under this name in the entire state since 2010.

 

As such, Crawl Space Solutions affords us a more identifiable name for the full scope of services we offer since our inception in 1987.  And, in the same way, D’Amico Termite & Pest Control was recognized by our longtime customers as trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. We hope that our name, Crawl Space Solutions, and logo "Happy Green Home", provide you with the same identifiable brand you can rely on for years to come.
