Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR)

Service Description

Crawlspace inspection report (CIR) offers an evaluation of your crawlspace along with filmed images documented at time of inspection. This report can be helpful when selling/buying property, insurance claims, or future reference. Inspection fee will be deducted from total project cost. The crawlspace inspection report will be provided along with an itemized estimate within 24-48 hours from date of inspection (not including weekends). (Inspection fees for up to 1400 sq ft with report starts at $250 plus tax = $266.56). PLEASE NOTE: All Crawlspace Inspections are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. VISUAL INSPECTION: We will perform a visual inspection and prepare written report of apparent condition of the crawlspace. No mold testing is included with said inspection. Must be paid in advance to schedule inspection. Any obstructions will not be removed. If crawlspace is inaccessible, flooded, hazardous, or considered dangerous, no inspection will be performed. NO THIRD-PARTY is allowed to refer or use said report.

You may cancel this service at any time before midnight of the THIRD business day after authorizing your approval to perform the following inspection service as indicated within for a full refund.
