Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR)

Service Description

Crawlspace inspection report (CIR) offers an evaluation of your crawlspace along with filmed images documented at time of inspection. This report can be helpful when selling/buying property, insurance claims, or future reference. Inspection fee will be deducted from total project cost. The crawlspace inspection report will be provided along with an itemized estimate within 24-48 hours from date of inspection (not including weekends). (Inspection fees for up to 1400 sq ft with report starts at $250 plus tax). PLEASE NOTE: All Crawlspace Inspections are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. VISUAL INSPECTION: This is a visual inspection only. No testing is included with the said inspection. Inspection is limited to issues present at the time of inspection. Any obstructions; such as insulation, debris, etc. will not be removed. No inspection will be performed, if the crawlspace is inaccessible, too low, flooded, hazardous, or deemed dangerous to enter. NO THIRD-PARTY (excluding any party in connection to the real estate transaction, such as attorney(s), agent(s), etc.) is allowed to refer to or use any documentation provided by the company.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment . You may cancel this service at any time before midnight of the THIRD business day after authorizing your approval to perform the following inspection service as indicated within for a full refund.
