Service Description

Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR): The CIR provides an evaluation of your crawlspace with documented images taken at the time of inspection. This report can be valuable for future property sales, insurance claims, or future reference. The inspection fee will be applied toward the total project cost if work is performed. The report, along with an itemized estimate, will be provided within 24–48 hours of the inspection (excluding weekends). Fee: Inspection fees for crawlspaces up to 1,400 sq. ft. with report start at $250 plus tax ($266.56). Please Note: All crawlspace inspections are final sale. No refunds will be issued once an inspection has been completed or reasonable efforts have been made to perform one on the subject property. Visual Inspection: This is a visual-only inspection. We will prepare a written report of the observed condition of the crawlspace. No mold testing is included. Payment is required in advance to schedule. Any obstructions will not be removed. If the crawlspace is inaccessible, flooded, hazardous, or unsafe, no inspection will be performed. Restrictions: No third party may reference or use this report.
