Annual Crawlspace Vent Service

Service Description

Annual crawlspace vent service allows us to extend your warranty for all your crawlspace vents that we previously installed and helps maintain the condition of the vents. Vent service includes lubricating and re-caulking any loose vents affected by the elements. Warranties are limited to wear and tear and does not cover the replacement should a vent be deemed inoperable. Any vent deemed damaged, inoperable, or malfunctioning can be replaced at a discount providing that the vents were originally installed by Crawlspace Solutions. A record of purchase may be required. Vent service is limited to the above-referenced service and does not include a crawlspace inspection or any other service not strictly specified within.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment . You may cancel this service at any time before midnight of the THIRD business day after authorizing your approval to perform the following inspection service as indicated within for a full refund. To cancel your inspection service contract, you must either: 1) Contact us immediately or within 24 hours at 800-411-0335, or 2) email: billing@crawlspacesnj.com. Thank you!
