Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR): $400

Service Description

The Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR) is a separate service providing a written visual evaluation of accessible crawlspace areas, including documented photographs and evidence-based recommendations based solely on conditions observed at the time of inspection. The CIR may serve as a property record and may be useful for future real estate transactions or insurance documentation. Inspection & Report Fees Payment is required in advance to schedule. The inspection service and CIR are separate services and fees. If the Customer proceeds with qualifying recommended work, only the applicable inspection fee will be credited toward the project cost. The CIR fee is not deductible or credited toward future work because preparation and delivery of the Report constitutes a separate, completed tangible service. Once an inspection has been completed, or reasonable efforts have been made to perform the inspection at the subject property, the inspection fee is FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once a CIR has been prepared and delivered, the Report service is also FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Neither party is obligated to proceed with recommendations or a subsequent project. When a CIR is purchased, the Report and corresponding estimate are generally provided electronically within 24–48 hours following the inspection, excluding weekends. Scope & Limitations The inspection is visual-only and limited to accessible areas and conditions present on the inspection date. Mold testing, laboratory analysis, air-quality testing, cleaning, debris removal, and evaluation of concealed or inaccessible conditions are excluded. Access areas must be reasonably clear. Minor debris or insulation may be moved when practical; however, excessive debris or obstructions may prevent a complete evaluation and require clean-out before further inspection. Personal belongings will not be moved. Inspections will not be performed where conditions are inaccessible, flooded, hazardous, contaminated, or otherwise deemed unsafe. Report Restrictions The CIR is prepared exclusively for the individual or entity ordering the Report. No third party may rely upon, reproduce, distribute, or use the CIR without the express written consent of Crawlspace Solutions, LLC. The inspection and CIR do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, environmental certification, or prediction of future conditions. Conditions that are concealed, inaccessible, or arise after the inspection are expressly excluded.
