Service Description

Attic or crawlspace inspection services are available in order to assess the existing conditions within and provide you with a better understanding of what issues are present and offer our professional recommendations. To book your crawlspace/attic inspection online, please go to the Inspection Services Page. All recommendations will be provided in a separate itemized estimate for your review. The full inspection fee will be deducted from the total project cost. Estimates expire thirty (30) days of receipt. No crawlspace inspection report is included with this crawlspace inspection service. Should you like to obtain a complete crawlspace inspection report, please see Crawlspace Inspection Report starting at $250 (plus tax) for up to 1400 sq ft. per crawlspace section. (Crawlspace Inspection Fee starts at $175* plus tax for up to 1400 sq ft). *FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY: CRAWLSPACE INSPECTIONS ARE AVAILABLE STARTING AT $75. RATE VARY ACCORDING TO COUNTY. ) PLEASE NOTE: All Crawlspace Inspections are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. VISUAL INSPECTION: This is a visual inspection only. No testing is included with said inspection. Inspection is limited to issues present at time of inspection. Any obstructions; such as insulation, debris, etc. will not be removed. No inspection will be performed, if the crawlspace is inaccessible, too low, flooded, hazardous, or deemed dangerous to enter. NO THIRD-PARTY is allowed to refer or use any documentation, including estimate provided by the company. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel this service contract at any time before midnight of the THIRD business day after authorizing your approval to perform the following inspection service as indicated within for a full refund.
