Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR): The Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR) provides a visual evaluation of your crawlspace, including documented photographs taken at the time of inspection. This report may be useful for future property sales, insurance documentation, or as a record of conditions observed on the inspection date. If recommended work is performed, the inspection fee will be credited toward the total project cost. A written report and itemized estimate will be provided within 24–48 hours following the inspection (excluding weekends). Inspection Fee Inspection fees apply to crawlspaces up to 1,500 square feet and include a written report with documented photographs. All recommendations are evidence-based and derived from conditions observed at the time of inspection. Important Notice All crawlspace inspections are considered final sale. No refunds will be issued once the inspection has been completed or reasonable efforts have been made to perform the inspection at the subject property. Scope of Inspection This is a visual-only inspection of accessible crawlspace areas. A written report and environmental assessment will be based solely on conditions observed at the time of inspection. Mold testing, laboratory analysis, air quality testing, cleaning, and debris removal are not included. Please make reasonable efforts to ensure access areas are clear prior to the inspection. Minor debris or insulation may be moved as necessary to gain visibility; however, excessive debris or obstructions may prevent a complete evaluation and require a clean-out before further inspection can be performed. Payment is required in advance to schedule. Personal belongings will not be moved. If the crawlspace is inaccessible, flooded, hazardous, contaminated, or otherwise deemed unsafe, the inspection will not be performed. Restrictions This report is prepared exclusively for the individual or entity ordering the inspection and reflects conditions observed on the date of inspection only. No third party may rely upon, reproduce, or use this report without the express written consent of Crawlspace Solutions, LLC. This report does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction of future conditions. Hidden or inaccessible conditions are excluded from the scope of inspection.
