Cape May County: Inspection (CI) Service

Service Description

This inspection service covers some towns within Cape May County (Limited areas, please inquire within). With said inspection, you are hiring a seasoned professional to evaluate your crawlspace/attic to provide you with a comprehensive analysis of the existing conditions within. With this service, you learn what (if any) are the underlying conditions that produce moisture, odor, mold growth, or attract pests. All assessments are based on the age of the home, geographic region, and elevation levels, among other factors specific to each property. All recommendations will be provided in a separate itemized estimate for your review. The full inspection fee will be deducted from the total project cost. Estimates expire thirty (30) days after receipt. No crawlspace inspection report is included with this crawlspace inspection service. (Additional fees apply for areas larger than 1400 sq f.) PLEASE NOTE: All Crawlspace Inspections are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. This service is only available for first-time inspection appointments whereby no previous service has been performed by the company. VISUAL INSPECTION: This is a visual inspection only. No testing is included with the said inspection. Inspection is limited to issues present at the time of inspection. Any obstructions; such as insulation, debris, etc. will not be removed. No inspection will be performed, if the crawlspace is inaccessible, too low, flooded, hazardous, or deemed dangerous to enter. NO THIRD PARTY is allowed to refer to or use any documentation, including any estimate provided by the company.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment . You may cancel this service at any time before midnight of the THIRD business day after authorizing your approval to perform the following inspection service as indicated within for a full refund.
