Buyer: Crawlspace Inspection Service

Service Description

This crawlspace inspection service is available to buyers involved in a real estate transaction and is specific to the County selected when booking. If the incorrect County or service is selected, you will be contacted to make the necessary arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if we are unable to contact you or resolve any booking discrepancies prior to the scheduled inspection date. Estimate & Report: All recommendations will be provided in a separate, itemized estimate. If you proceed with the recommended project, the inspection fee will be credited toward the total project cost. A Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR) and inspection photographs are not included with this service. If a written report with documented images is required, please refer to our separate Crawlspace Inspection Report (CIR) service. FINAL SALE: All crawlspace inspection services are FINAL SALE and non-refundable once the inspection has been performed or reasonable efforts have been made to perform the inspection at the subject property. Inspection duration varies based on crawlspace size, accessibility, and conditions. VISUAL INSPECTION ONLY: This inspection is limited to accessible areas and conditions visually observed at the time of inspection. No mold, laboratory, air-quality, or other testing is included. Insulation, debris, personal belongings, or other obstructions will not be removed. No inspection will be performed if the crawlspace is inaccessible, excessively low, flooded, hazardous, contaminated, or otherwise deemed unsafe to enter. THIRD-PARTY USE: Company documentation is intended for the customer and parties directly involved in the subject real estate transaction, including attorneys and real estate professionals. No other third party may rely upon, reference, reproduce, or use Company documentation without prior written authorization.
