We do not service any other areas outside of New Jersey. This booking system is only available to the homeowner(s). Inspection fees paid in advance are fully deducted from the total project cost. At this time, complimentary homeowner inspections are available exclusively within Monmouth and Ocean Counties, provided the property is not listed for sale or involved in a pending real estate transaction.
