Our team of seasoned professionals will thoroughly evaluate your crawlspace to provide you with a comprehensive analysis of the existing conditions. This inspection service covers all towns within the Jersey Shore, and with it, you'll learn about any underlying conditions that produce moisture, odor, mold growth, and more. Don't wait until it's too late, schedule your inspection today and protect your home. All assessments are based on the age of the home, geographic region, and elevation levels, among other factors specific to each property. All recommendations will be provided in a separate itemized estimate for your review. The full inspection fee will be deducted from the total project cost. Estimates expire within 7 days of receipt. Inspection is expires with estimate. No crawlspace inspection report is included with this crawlspace inspection service. PLEASE NOTE: All Crawlspace Inspections are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. This service is only available for first-time inspection appointments, whereby no previous service has been performed by the company. VISUAL INSPECTION: This is a visual inspection only. No testing or report is included with this inspection. Inspection is limited to issues present at the time of inspection. Any obstructions: such as insulation, debris, etc., will not be cleared out but may be removed/pulled aside to assess specific areas throughout. No inspection will be performed if the crawlspace is inaccessible, too low, flooded, hazardous, or deemed dangerous to enter. NO THIRD PARTY is allowed to refer to or use any documentation, including any estimates provided by the company.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment . You may cancel this service at any time before midnight of the THIRD business day after authorizing your approval to perform the following inspection service as indicated within for a full refund. To cancel your inspection service contract, you must either: 1) Contact us immediately or within 24 hours at 800-411-0335, or 2) email: billing@crawlspacesnj.com. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment where the contact information is missing, the property is outside our service location, or the property is pending a real estate transaction. Thank you!
