Seller: Crawlspace Inspection Service

Service Description

This crawlspace inspection service is available for a Seller in a real estate transaction. Property must be located either in Monmouth or Ocean County. A separate inspection agreement will follow upon scheduling your inspection online. This service includes an itemized estimate in digital form. Accommodations to complete the full scope of your project can be arranged, if needed, due to time constraints involved in a real estate transaction. An inspection services can be scheduled within 24 hours of receipt of signed service agreements. All inspection fees are deducted from total project cost starting at $175 plus tax. All recommendations will be provided in a separate itemized estimate for your review. The full inspection fee will be deducted from the total project cost. Estimates expire thirty (30) days of receipt. No crawlspace inspection report is included with this crawlspace inspection service. (Crawlspace Inspection Fee starts at $175* plus tax for up to 1400 sq ft). PLEASE NOTE: All Crawlspace Inspections are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued once a crawlspace inspection has been performed and/or reasonable efforts have been made to perform an inspection on the subject property. Session duration varies according to size of crawlspace and ability to maneuver within. VISUAL INSPECTION: This is a visual inspection only. No testing is included with the said inspection. Inspection is limited to issues present at the time of inspection. Any obstructions; such as insulation, debris, etc. will not be removed. No inspection will be performed, if the crawlspace is inaccessible, too low, flooded, hazardous, or deemed dangerous to enter. NO THIRD-PARTY (excluding any party in connection to the real estate transaction, such as attorney(s), agent(s), etc.) is allowed to refer to or use any documentation provided by the company.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment . You may cancel this service at any time before midnight of the THIRD business day after authorizing your approval to perform the following inspection service as indicated within for a full refund.
